What Is the Estimated Time for Delivery for a Vintage Arcade Game Cabinet?

The delivery time can vary based on how many orders we have and the weather conditions. Normally, it can take from 1 to 3.5 weeks. The exact duration depends on the shipping destination. We do our best to build your custom arcade in 2 or 3 days, starting from the day you make your order.

How Do You Transport the Arcade to My Home?

Our arcades are shipped on pallets using different LTL Freight Shipping companies. Please note that these companies do not bring you orders in your home. Still,  a full-size machine (which is the biggest one we have) weighs between 95-130 lbs, so it will be easy for two people to manage it by themselves.

How Much Are the Shipping Costs?

Thanks to our consistent shipping activity and our shipping partners, we’ve been able to secure highly competitive shipping rates nationwide. Our shipping rates changed from around $500 to around $350 per arcade for all states except PR, AK and HI, as we don’t ship there. This charge will cover all shipping and handling costs. This includes a pallet, a sturdy heavy-duty box, straps, packing film wrap and supplies. It also includes all the transit charges and additional residential and lift-gate delivery fees. The $350 rate we offer is among the most competitive available for a 6 ft. arcade machine. Please note that sometimes we offer Free Shipping for some areas, so keep this in mind when you place your order.

Will Someone Inform Me Before My Order Is Delivered?

Yes. The transportation companies follow a process where they have to call you once the unit reaches your local terminal. They will tell you the exact delivery date and time you’ll get your cabinet. Please remember that delivering a large item will take a little longer than delivering a small item.
